If you are interested in starting therapy, most likely there are areas of your life that you are struggling with, be it upsetting past experiences, overwhelming stress or frustration, difficult or unsatisfying relationships with family or friends, goals that feel unattainable, or areas of your life that you just feel “stuck.” By seeking deeper insight together, by creating a space where you can feel seen and accepted, we can start to make a shift, lessening stress and increasing coping and contentment in your life. My goal is to support you on this journey, as we explore these topics together.

Raising kids is hard! (A fact that I know both personally and professionally!). However, as parents, you are in a unique position to help your child. As part of my practice, I offer parent guidance to support families in navigating the challenges of raising children and adolescents. My goal is to provide you with the tools and insights needed to foster a healthy and more harmonious family dynamic. Whether you're facing behavioral issues, communication breakdowns, or navigating transitions, I work collaboratively with parents to identify effective strategies and enhance their parenting skills. Through personalized guidance and evidence-based techniques, I empower parents to cultivate nurturing relationships with their children, fostering resilience and promoting positive development.
About Me
